Australian Nuclear Free Alliance Meeting in Wollongong: callout for help!

Friday 15- Sunday 17 March

The Australian Nuclear Free Alliance is a powerful forum of First Nations people, environmental organisations, unions and activists working together to stop nuclear projects on Aboriginal land across Australia. In a couple of weeks, the annual ANFA meeting is coming to Wollongong in solidarity with the movement to stop a nuclear submarine base in Port Kembla! Delegates will be arriving from all over the country from Mulga Rock WA, to Muckaty in the NT, Yalata in SA and many more.

Can you lend a hand to help make this incredible gathering run smoothly? We need:

• Drivers for pick-ups and drop-offs to Sydney airport on Friday, Sunday or Monday
• Drivers to take delegates to and from their accommodation one morning or evening
• To borrow your 10-20L water containers!

Unions and Community Peace Speak-out in Port Kembla, launching the Peace Walk to Canberra against AUKUS!

Come and hear from ANFA delegates from across Australia, local unions and community members on the national weekend of action against AUKUS. Hosted by ANFA, the South Coast Labour Council and WAWAN, we're raising up the call to rule out nuclear submarines in Port Kembla, and for a nuclear-free future.
