Jim Stanford is the author of countless academic and popular articles on economics, trade, workers’ rights, industrial relations, economic history and policy. His book Economics for Everyone is one example of his years of dedication to education for trade unionists and progressive activists. For decades, and across two continents, Jim has been demystifying and democratizing economic knowledge, providing the research and evidence to change policies that hurt working people and the environment.
Last year, Jim did a talk (available here on Youtube: https://youtu.be/Wqg9Kjn49hs) with SEARCH on Wages, Prices and the Risks of Monetary Austerity, which attendees are encouraged to watch before our event on 23 March. The event will feature Jim speaking for the first half, followed by a Q&A. If you wish to send questions in beforehand, please email us at [email protected]
You can also begin a conversation with Jim via his social media accounts, outlined below.
